Vegas...Nothing but Bright Lights and...Fashion???

I've got a few extra minutes before I have to start getting ready to head up to school to finish registering for classes this semester. For those of you who don't already know, I decided to stay home this year and take a few classes at the local community college. I loved being away from home, but I think I took too big of a step too soon. I missed my family & was constantly homesick. This will give me a chance to get some things rolling, kinda re-evaluate where I'm at and make plans for the next 2 years. I like to consider this my own personal time between Colombia Records & being discovered by Disney/Hollywood Records. lol...yes...I did just turn my life into a Jonas reference, but it makes me more optimistic. If those boys can take a time when it felt like they had failed and turn it into a major success, so can I.

But....you don't want to hear all about that, because I promised you the first night in Vegas!!

Tuesday afternoon my grandpas went to check us in. My grandpa that lives in Vegas is a CPA for a lot of the casinos, so he got us this AH-MAZING room at The Paris. I later found out that the room was $2,000 A NIGHT and we were staying there for FREE! It pays to know the right people.

Grandpa & I moved all our luggage in that night. Once we got settled in, it was time to explore The Strip.

First stop of the night was at the hotel across the street, The Bellagio, to watch the fountains go off.

After we watched that, we walked down to Ceasar's Palace.

I should have had a bib walking through this place. Talk about fashion! I went a little crazy...we have NONE of these kind of stores back home.

JONAS MOMENT: I drooled over the luggage & then said that Kevin had some very similar to it

The BEAUTIFUL dresses in the Valentino window display...

FREAKED OUT when I saw this..

he's my FAVORITE Project Runway judge!

I mean, look at those bags!

oh to have time to have tried on a pair of his shoes....

A few more shots of the hotel from the outside all lit up...

and that's all for today...next...FAMILY TIME & TI....
